Thank you for visiting the "What's Your Story" page of the Quality Study. This study is a joint effort between the Information Institutes at Florida State University and Syracuse University.  We are conducting this study to develop methods to assess the quality of digital reference services, test and refine measures and quality standards to describe digital reference services.  We welcome your participation which will involve answering the questions on this web page.  We hope you will be a part of this study. You have the expertise on this very important subject, and your opinions and stories will help us develop truly useful findings and models. We would very much appreciate your particpation.
