Informative video. I agree with your take on publishing-on-demand. Self-publishing enables a person to consider a wider audience when developing spinoff projects. Writing to get rich and writing only for tenure sounds pretty much the same to me, except for the size of the paycheck. It is not complicated to repurpose writing projects for audiences beyond acedemia, and it can provide economic opportunities as well as career opportunities beyond tenure. This video was nicely organized. Thanks.
